32 Arney Crescent, Remuera

The entrance is almost like a waterfall with the glass providing the water element and the concrete as stone. The precast panels frame the view and the glass is used to break the corners of the volumes in order to direct movement diagonally toward the pool and the sea. Client comments: “We love the house. People can have houses that look fabulous but they also have to perform. This house performs very well for us”
